Hey brosephssssss.
How are ya'll ?! Cool why'd I ask that you're obviously not going to answer. Way to be, Lindsey. ANYWAY. Life has been gooddd. Lets start with Thursday of last week. Last Thursday, I came home and ran, and took a shower. Thennn I went to the boys basketball game to watch baby boy play his last game of the seasonnn. He made both of his foul shots & I was proud of him. Erin came with meee & we stayed for half the varsity game, then we took her home. It was a lot of fun.
Then I awoke at 8 am on Friday to a powdered-white lawn & icy roads. I got out of bed, made breakfast, & then made plans with people. Then Daddy & I went on a walk all the way down to Trotter's field & then we walked through the trails in the woods, came home, & shoveled the driveway. Then we made a "Snow Dude" which was a lot of fun. Soon afterrrrr I went to Ben's & we walked to Laurel Acres, sledded/tubed for a little while. That was a lot of fun. I forgot how much I enjoy being propelled beyond my control into 7 year old girls. When we were done we went back to Ben & his mama made us some bangin hot chocolate. I love his parents. We chatted with then for a while, I got to borrow sweat pants, and we watched something or something. Then daddy got me, I showered, & went to Bianca's with Becca & Courtney. That was such a good time I hadn't laughed that hard in forever. We acted like preschoolers & prank phone-called several people hahaha & roamed the streets. I'm so excited for England with Biancaaa !!
Saturday, I woke up, & daddy made breakfast. Thennn I did laundry, cleaned the house for mama, & went on a run/showered. After thattttt I basically blowdried my hair, straightened it, got dressed & ready, and then baby boy came over & we watched golf hahahaha and ate dinner. At some point mama thought it was appropriate to grill him on his religious habits, & daddy talked about naked women skiing in Europe.
Interesting.
After dinner we got changeddd & I touched up my hair. We took ridiculous pictures & Ben's mama picked us up. We got to Maddi & Gayle's party & eventually Benjamin got me to dance. Have a mentioned I don't like dancing? Yeah, it was an interesting experiencing. But before the night's end, I decided I like dancing to black people music. Have I mentioned, though, that I love everything about that boy? If I haven't before, I will now. I love everything about that boy. So anyway, the night was so much fun, Maddi & Gayle outdid themselves it was so much fun.
We took Ben home, & I passed out the second we got home.
Sunday I woke up & had breakfast, & seriously did nothing till about 2:30 when Madison came over & we had a rave hahahaha. We were so pumped from the previous night's dancing that we downloaded all this rap & just danced for like two hours. Then we watched Billy Madison, she left, & I finished up my homeworkkkkk. Uneventful day, really.

But now it's Monday & I'm beat & swamped. & I have to go on a run =( goddamn
oh well. i love you all.

AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!
I am so unbelievably pissed off right now.

so i was so pumped to see cobra starship
march 6th. we got the tickets in like november.
i was SO EXCITED.

so then, traub has auditions for teen arts a few
weeks ago. i didnt audition, cause i didnt know
the material at all, i was the only ge member who
didnt audition. he yelled at me for not trying out
saying it would be a good experience. i shrugged it off.

he announced the teen arts people a few days ago.
i was one of them. i didnt even audition. so i was stoked
& kinda proud of myself.

then i found out it was a day after the cobra concert.
so basically i told my mom. and she went crazy on me.
saying she spends 80 dollars a month on my singing
lessons & i'm blowing it off for some concert.
(every time i go to a concert, i lose my voice)
but GUESS WHAT BITCHES. I DIDNT EVEN AUDITION
FOR TEEN ARTS. WHAT THE FUCK. SUDDENLY IM
THE ONE BLOWING OFF SINGING BUT I DIDNT EVEN
WANT TO DO THIS. I DIDNT EVEN LIKE SIGN UP FOR IT.
so now mum goes "if you're hoarse for the teenarts,
you're not taking singing lessons anymore"

ive taken lessons since i was in 4th grade. it's one of my
favourite hobbies. and now i have to cancel a concert
ive been looking forward to since NOVEMBER for
something i DIDNT EVEN WANT TO DO IN THE
FIRST PLACE.

theyre fucking yelling at me cause the concerts a school
night in philly etc etc
theyre saying maddi can go instead she likes cobra
I DONT WANT TO MISS THIS CONCERTTTT.

so then today i check my email and mcr posted one date
for the east coast for the rest of the tour. ONE DATE.
its in philly. on may 6th. i wanna go so bad.
so my mums trying to get me skip the cobra concert so i said
mum. mcr, the band ive loved for 4 lovelie years, is coming to
philly may 6th. ill skip the cobra concert & give the tickets
to madison if i can go. i tried to go last year, had 4th row tickets,
& it got canceled. THIS IS MY ONE CHANCE TO SEE THEM CLOSE.
THEYVE BEEN ON TOUR FOREVER WHO KNOWS IF THEYLL
GO ON AGAIN?

so she said no. cause its a school night. i begged and begged.
she knows ive loved them forever.
she said no. but then she used what i said about maddi being
able to take my cobra tickets against me.
so now she says i cant go to mcr OR to cobra.

this day fucking sucks.

but im so glad i have bennn.

This yearrrrrr is going by fast.
'08 so far has been well.
I'm at Gayle's as of present.
We're watching Across the Universe,
for me it's the 3rd time in 24 hours.
Yesterday I made Ben watch it,
he didn't like it. I should end the
relationship for that sole reason.
Juuuuust kidding.
Anyway. Let's see. Yesterday, I went
to school & stayed after with daddy.
Then we came home & chilled.
Then we went to CVS & Borders,
to get Across the Universe/prepare
Benjamin's Valentine's Day present.
I'd explain it, but apparently he's found
ways to read my LJ, so it remains secret
until Thursday.
After we got the stuff, I came home &
ran/watched the Patriot [AMAZING movie].
I then made pizza, took a shower, ate pizza,
& proceeded to watch Across the Universe
to an unimpressed boyfriend.
Todayyyy I woke up, lay in bed for an hour and
a half, got up, at breakfast, dawdled, vacuumed
the house, did geometry homework, went
for a run, showered, ate lunch, read Ino the Wild
(GAY), then went and played basketball con the
neighbours for like an hour. It was actually fun.
I came inside after we all just hung outtt, and
got online, got bored, and played some more
basketball with them till Gayle picked me up.
Then me and her fam went to PF Changs, which
was packed, so we relocated to Champs.
I love her fam.
Now I'm with her, having a dance party.
Wow if you read that entry you have no life
cause that was really boring.

I'm gonna try to be better about updating this thing.
So it's 12:42, after day 3 of midterms.
My house is fucking FREEZING WTF.

life's been busy !!
school is really difficult this semester -- i'm honestly just scraping by.

wow its been a while.
today's turkey day !
haha.
lets see. not much has changed.
school has been monotonous.
it drags and it drags and it kills me.
buttttt i have several close friends
& they get me through it.
theres a new boy. hes actually
in my grade and at my school this time !

It's so pretty today. Perfect fall day. Saturday, raining, gray skies,
yellow-red leaves. Gorgeous.

Anyway. Last night was Shawnee's homecoming. It was interesting.
I had previously wanted to go with Jones so I could go as a friend with
him, and dance with whoever the hell i damn well pleased. Instead,
Gayle started dating Jones, and I was unwillingly pushed into being
Mathis' date. Mathis is a great kid, but he really likes me and...I don't
really feel the same way at all. So we get there, and it's so unbelievably
awkward. Like, insanely. Then Adam shows up. For the record,
Adam = insanely hot hot hot hot HOT boy. Also a druggie and the biggest
manwhore to ever walk the universe. He started flirting with me though,
and I started flirting back, and it was like that the whole night I guess,
and Mathis started getting sad and mad so I tried to go back to him.
But like, h aogiheoghw. It was so confusing. I wanted to go to have a
good time, and Mathis knows we're just friends, but it's all quite
annoyingly dramatic and confusing.

Also, I feel like a cow. I need to start eating better. Cause right now...
I don't. at all.

But it's a beautiful day. So I'll enjoy it.

I havent updated in a while. Sorry.
Let's see. School's begun. It's been so freaking
hard I can't even deal. I'm drowning in all my classes,

night.

to him all the time over the summer; forgot about him until recently;
had a dream about him last night; cant stop thinking about him.

So obviously I'm an idiot. There's 2 great dudes who actually want

Sooooo what's been going on in the life of Lindsey?
Hmmm not much. Last week I went to LDTV Camp lmao.
I met a boyyyy haha.
Everyone there was so nice...& oddly enough most
of the people I hung out with were from Shawnee...oops !
Andrew showed up on Day 2, & he came as a result of
Alex [one of his friends, and one of mine] calling him secretly.
They all had a good laugh as I fangirled my way into oblivion.
It's weird to be around them when they're around Andrew,
'cause he's just Sims to them. Weeeee I'll stop.

So I met a boy. He's cute. He's shy. Andrew is apparently
telling all of Shawnee's Morning Show Crew that me &
said boy are going out & so they're all friending me on facebook.
It's...interesting.

ANYWAY. Tuesday of this week I went & saw Grease on
Broadway with Gayle, Michael, & their Daddykins. It was so
much fun ! I love the Pitone family. And more importantly
I love Gayle. We've had some issues along the way but I
honestly feel like she's my closest friend. We just know
each other so well haha.

Grease was AMAZING !! It was with the cast from that reality
tv show "You're the one that I want" so that was cool. & Max
[who played Danny Zuko] was adorable. It was honestly
one of the best plays I've been to.

Gayle slept over that night, then in the morning we went to
Great Adventure with Madison, Ben, Steve, Kevin, & Madison's
sister. It was raining hXc all day, but we dealt with it. We
Front-Rowed Nitro twice, batman, and Medusa, and we went
on El Toro, Superman, & Scream Machine. We did the House
of Houdini randomly, too. It was a good time had by all.
Kingda Ka was closed though =[
Anyway, I love my friends. We had such a great time I enjoyed
it immensely. Today I went to Gayle's and we watched
High School Musical 2...yay !! Tomorrow we're seeing Hairspray.
That should be fun.

hay kiddos. dude FRIDAY dh comes out. wtf man. I'm so excited it's ridiculous. Except apparently Alexa Ray was complaining that I was going to be at Barnes & Noble. Lmao. Is there a day that non-existent drama can cease to exist, or must someone bitch about me all the time for no particular reason? -sigh- Whatever.

I'm still missing Enlightening hardcore. I miss seeing Andrew every day hahahahaha. =[ what a cutie he is.
I wonder when our little podcast things are going to be released. So we can hear my splurge about my man-woman-crushes on Helena Bonham, & about how Dan Rad wasn't there when I reached out for him at the IMAX 3D. *facepalm*

OH. I reinstalled skype yesterday. Gayle did, too. We missed it a lot =[
Unfortunately, Gayle & I are the only ones who have it currently. Aside from like one person who wouldn't want to talk to me anyway. hahaha. I tend to laugh a lot though.

This may or may not be a massive update, but i'll prepare
to save your friends pages anyway.

Holy Jesus Enlightening was awesome. I'm one of those losers who's never been to a live podcast before, so this was a lot of fun for me.
It started Thursday around 10 ish, but we got there at like 2:45 ahaha. We [me, madison, gayle, & daddy ] registered, & then went to see Emerson, Ben, Jamie, & randomly Andrew promote their book. When we arrived, Andrew goes "Hi Lindsey !" I nearly wet myself hahaha. I didn't think he'd remember me. Anyway, we talked to him about random things, including Tori [Madison's cousin who Andrew happens to be in love with -- check his facebook top friends haha]. After a while, we got Jamie to call Laura since it was her birthday, & Emerson sang her happy birthday. Since Laura hates me & all, I don't really know how she reacted hahaha but I got Jamie talking to her & Emerson singing to her on camera. After several pictures, & after we got our books signed, we filed in to get good seats.

We were in second row, & it was hilarious. They ended up releasing the promo as a MuggleCast episode, lmao. Such slackers. Andrew was playing with his iPhone the entire time. Dude siriusly, Emerson is so funny & articulate. [& I'm not even an Emerson fangirl, he really is] I wish he didn't have a life to live & could be on MuggleCast.

After that I'm pretty sure we just roamed around. Madison called Tori on her cell phone, & said "Andrew, do you want to talk to Tori?" and Ben goes "YOUR Tori?" & Andrew turned bright red & curled into a little ball when he talked to her hahaha. It was adorable.

I don't honestly remember what we did until the time of the Opening Feast, but when it began, we met several people. We met Ben, who was on staff there, & he followed us to dinner. We also met Kristen, on staff, who ate with us & Sam who was just there with us to enjoy the symposium. Ahhh I love them all haha. Sam's from California, Kristen's from South Carolina, & Ben's from Illinois. They're good kids.

The potatoes were good. haha. We got to keep our goblets. It was so cute though, they had floating candles, they had an "Owl Post," an opening speech with "Dumbledore," & several teachers. It was really well done actually.

After the feast we all got ready to go to IMAX 3D. In the lobby at Enlightening we met Schaen, this creepy kid on staff who kept grabbing madison hahaha. We didn't know he was creepy then, though. So me, Madison, Daddy, Gayle, Sam, Ben & Schaen went on the bus to IMAX & we met this adorable family from Georgia. They were so cute, the youngest of them wanted my address so she could write to me. I filmed a bit of the busride.

IMAX itself wasn't that impressive, & during the 3D part, Dan wasn't there when I reached for him =[ (which i notably pointed out in the podcasting class the next day)

We drove home at like 2 am & woke up at 6:30.

Day two we first went to a book vs movie discussion, which rocked, and then we went to Podcasting class, where Andrew didn't know how to work Powerpoint & we listened to Backstreet Boys as well as Kelly Clarkson. We also met Rachel there. It was good times though. They were so funny.

After podcasting we found out that the afternoon class, we'd all be split up. Anyway, we all went to Starbucks [Mads, me, Gayle, Sam, Rachel] and then to the campus' bookstore. "This Ain't No Disco !" hahaha good times.

Then we went to lunch & had one of the most hilarious conversations in my life, about our new "Podcast." You don't even want to know, Rachel & My dad [who met us there] were thoroughly terrified. We all then proceeded to go to Rachel's hotel room [conveniently on the same floor as the muggleboys'], & we were loud enough to wake up the neighbours [at 2pm -- wtf who does that?] so we left & hung around Houston Hall until Afternoon Class.

At afternoon class it was just Me, Mads, Gayle, Rachel, Ben, Stacey, Sam, Andrew, & 2 other girls. Ahhhh dudeeee. For anyone who doesn't know I'm the biggest Andrew fangirl ever. So I was, of course, saying "I think I have a man crush on Helena Bonham. But in the girl way" I'm so smooth, eh? Yeah, not.
BUT Andrew agreed to take a picture with me. I was like a drunk little girl the rest of the day.

Mads, Gayle, Ben, Dad, & I went for pizza for dinner & then went to PremierFest. Hungarian Horntails went on & nearly deafened me, but Moaning Myrtles kicked so much ass. & they're so nice ! MuggleCast went on & they were hilarious. My dad's favourite was Ben, lmao.

After premierfest, around like 10 or so, was the "Teen Social." We stayed for like 45 minutes haha but we got to hear the Moaning Myrtles again, & that's where I met Alex & his two chick friends.

We ended up going home at like 12 or so, & my dad & I discussed theories till 130 haha.

The third day we got there & we couldnt get a hold of Sam. Hahaha. She ended up sleeping till 3 lmao.

Ben had left that morning so it was just Rachel, Gayle, Mads, and me. First we went to speed debate where we met Paige and tess. Then We went to podcasting class, this time we were a huge group again & we werent split up, & Andrew was the only one there; Jamie & Ben ditched him. Poor baby. But I got him to put Kelly Clarkson as the transition music for the Enlightening podcasts lmao.

After podcasting we went to Cosi again, this time just me mads gayle and my daddy. We got this kickass soup & sandwhich deal & met up with Alex. OH i forgot to mention he's british. Lemme add a little backstory behind him & his two chickfriends. Theyre 13 and he's fifteen, and they're interweb friends. Apparently they hate anyone that's not them, so when Alex was hanging out with us after lunch, they were FILMING us from behind corners and chairs. it was SO CREEPY. So I played along and was like "Hi I'm Lindsey from Alex's fansite, we'd like to give you a few interviews." Hahahahaha they were so scared it was hilarious. Anyway.

Dad, me, Mads, & Gayle went to some random class for awhile. It wasn't very good though. =\
Then around 315 Sam came strolling into Houston Hall and we all went to the bookstore again. [Paige me gayle mads Rachel Alex Sam]
We looked at pictures of beautiful black men, Alex held up "Please Kill Me," & I filmed him telling us a story cause he's british. Dude I haven't laughed that hard in SO LONG.

We left around 5-ish, & Me Mads and Gayle and Daddy went to dinner at some food court. That night was the showcase/Potter trivia, & me and sam abandoned it for a while to talk to Jamie & Ben downstairs. They were so nice haha. Andrew was sick though so he'd left the previous morning. We went back upstairs a while later, & Alex was in the trivia game ! It was exciting. After trivia it was already like 1030, so we went to the other teen social & met up with Michelle Potter from facebook ! She's so sweet. We were later joined by Alex's chick friends, & we continued to pretend we were part of his fansite. They ate it up. Hahahah i nearly died.

The next morning, Madison decided not to come to the closing feast, but me & Gayle went. We sat with Sam & Alex & my dad & Alex's dad. OMG Alex's dad was adorable ! haha. We all talked for a while, & hung around outside the hall for a while before finally saying goodbye to Alex & Sam. Aw I'm gonna miss them so much !

Wow no one in their right minds will ever read that. Anyone who does, I will give my first child to.

Anyway. Fucking A I've been spoiled 3 times. Once in an Emma Watson interview through mugglenet that I wasnt warned about, once in MuggleNet comments, & another time in an MCR related community hahahaha. Wtf. They were all different spoilers too, so I'm fucked. =[
Oh well.

So I saw OOTP this morning. So good.
I'm gonna put it under a cuttttttt, but SPOILERZ AHOY.
So you've been warned.
Don't hate me if you decide to click the cut.
It's not even a review, it's just my reaction to it.
It's full of spoilers so if you haven't seen it, don't read it hahaha.

So, it was kickass. Like, hardcore. There was so much difference though. What Ben said was true about not being able to compare the original scenes to the movie scenes. It really just kicked ass though. I'll admit to not at all being pleased with how they did Sirius' death. For one thing, he's not Avada Kedavra'd in the book. THAT pissed me the eff off. Why? Cause I'm a silly little girl who had hoped that somehow in the 7th book Harry might find out what's beyond the veil, & it'd be different than actually dying. But if JKR approved using 'Avada Kedavra' in the movie, it means that he actually is completely normal-type dead. I guess I'm just a dork.

They effing shortened the effing prophecy. That pissed me off. It's short enough by itself why'd they have to cut it ?!

Grimmauld place was...interesting. It was like an apartment. & they basically took Kreacher's significance out of the movie. Oh well.

Those were my only problems. Well, there were minor ones, but there were some really awesome scenes too. Voldemort & Dumbledore's battle at the ministry was SO AWESOME. & So was Sirius'...er...entrance. I won't spoil that =]

Lol am I the only one who thought of the symbol on the UK edition of DH when Azkaban was shown? I'll shut up.

No I won't. Helena Bonham kicked some sirius ass. [oh my god i didnt even realize how literal that statement was...]

LOL there were many funny scenes too. There were a lot of one-liners, but they were all in good taste I think. I don't know if like anyone who hasn't read the books would've really got what was going on though.

With the battle at the ministry, I could feel myself shaking & my anger rising. It was a bit different from the book, but the same effect happened. I enjoyed it hardcore. They did a swell job.

I don't know what else to say. I really just want to type out the entire movie but I won't cause I need coffee. And cause, I don't really think anyone cares to read it. I'm done.

SO. ENLIGHTENING TOMORROW. EXCITEMENT !

i love this album. why? because of how perfect it is. my sister in law said that she

it does, & i love that. I love how genuine it was, & the poetry in it is perfect.
the element of star-crossed love in it is amazing, & gerard uses so many perfect
perfect perfect literary devices.

2. My Chemical Romance - Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge.
This album is just kickass. Like, really. It's so dark but so not dark. I don't know how to explain it haha. It was there for me at a time when I needed inspiration. It's just great. Dude I don't like explaining my music lmao it doesn't work out well.

3. Green Day - American Idiot
Yeah yeah yeah, "Green Day sold out." I still think this is one fucking ass-kicking album, as overplayed as it was. They kicked ass & took names, & kicked the shit out of our government, like everyone should.

4. Let it Enfold You - Senses Fail

Dude, this album is so awesome. I love the lyrics so much, they are so perfect & brilliant. They really know what they're talking about & they take risks in their lyrics, but they know what risks they're taking, & do it perfectly.It's just a brilliant album which I will always love ridiculously much.

5. Blink 182 - Take off your pants & jacket
Um, seriously, this album is amazing. It's just...awesome. I can't ever tire of listening to it. It's so good. Hahaha. If I ever want a mood-lifter, I just pop it in.

6. The Clash - London Calling
The Clash are just amazing. They definitely influenced 99% of all the punk bands of our generation. They spoke out about the government, and whatever the fuck they damn well pleased. They were amazing, and so is this album.

7. Cobra Starship - While The City Sleeps, We Rule The Streets
Cobra Starship just made their way into my music collection, & honestly, I'm blown away. They're amazing. They're hilarious, and always make me want to dance. I love love love love love this album !!

8. Fall Out Boy - Infinity On High
Yeah yeah shut up. I know everyone hates them, but I think this album is awesome. It's fueled with such adrenaline, & despite what people say, Pete Wentz really knows his shit. He knows what he's talking about. They're fantastic in this album, & I quite honestly can't stop listening to it.

9. RENT soundtrack
Yeah, I'm a showtunes nerd. I love RENT. It's awesome. It's just...perfect. Hahaha idk how to explain it. It's awesome and will always be one of my favourite all time albums.

10. Nightmare of You - Nightmare of You
Their music is so soft & nice to listen to, but the lyrics are hysterical. I love slow music that seems like it'd be soft & sweet but it's got the most hilarious lyrics. hahahaha. I love this album
